June, 2004, Suffern, NY, - Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern, N.Y. recently celebrated the grand opening of The Woman's Personal Health Resource boutique with a ribbon cutting ceremony held inside the hospital's main lobby. The Woman's Personal Health Resource features a variety of women's personal health products, specializing in post-breast surgery camisoles, breast forms, mastectomy bras, swimsuits and exercise wear, lymphedema sleeves, compression stockings, wigs and headwear.
I am honored to have been given this opportunity, said Barbara Zarrell, Owner and President of The Woman's' Personal Health Resource. The opening of the boutique, which will be a satellite of our existing store in Monsey, represents a milestone for both Good Samaritan Hospital and the community of breast cancer survivors. The boutique reflects Good Samaritan's commitment to providing the highest quality care from diagnosis and treatment, all the way through recovery and support. We are proud to be associated with a women's health program of this caliber, noted Zarrell.
The new boutique is a natural extension of the services we already offer to the women of our community, said Liz Ponte, Director of Women's Services for Good Samaritan Hospital. Good Samaritan Hospital is in the process of expanding women's health services, keeping us in the forefront of this important healthcare field. Barbara did an amazing job designing the space to be as comfortable as possible for the women it will serve, and we are proud to be able to bring these products and services to the women of our community, concluded Ponte.
