Subject: Surface Veins on Teen Breasts

My 13-year-old daughter and I are concerned about the numerous surface veins on her developing breasts. They are red and appear to run from the nipple to half way up each breast. Possibly this is all part of developing but please let me know if I should consult a doctor. Her menstruation commenced in January this year just after she turned 13.
