For at least five or six years, a friend of mine has been physically mistreated. Her partner would harshly manipulate her breasts in a variety of ways. The consecutive years of such treatment have left two scarred and misshapen, sagging breasts with separated nipples.

Should there be any expectation for "recovery" or "return" of these beaten breasts or has the organic makeup been too damaged for any sort of rebuilding?
