Hard Nipple After Reduction

My friend had a reduction and now it's very hard around the aureole. She's done all the required post-op rubbing w/vitamin E and maderma. Could it be the skin the doctor tucked under there? Does she need another surgery to remove it?

Answer:

I would recommend that your friend goes back to the doctor who performed the surgery and get an explanation. It is not uncommon for subsequent surgeries to be required with both breast reduction and breast enhancement.
