Sore, Leaking Breasts

I have endometriosis, I am a class 5 now, and I started my cycle on Monday. I noticed on Sunday that my breasts were very sore, and when I took my bra off, I saw liquid on my nipple. I then squeezed my nipples, and milk came out. It was quite a bit. What is the cause of that, and what should I do? I have no children. I am scared, I called the doctor, but no one will call me back. My breasts are so sore, and I still have milk coming out of them.

Answer:

Call your doctor again. Firmly insist that they call you back to make an appointment. Keep calling until you are able to talk to someone. If you have a walk-in clinic anywhere near you going there would be another option.
