Teen Breast Issues

My back always hurts and I am a size 38D in bras. All of my weight comes from my chest. I'm only 14 going on 15. I was on the basketball team. It was very hard for me to run so I stopped playing because my breasts are so big and my body is skinny. I complain to my gym teacher everyday when I go to school. My book bag is heavy with all the books we get. I'm trying to finish school. I hate to give the teacher excuses why I don't have all my books. I was wondering if the government pays for things like this for kids who are under foster care.

Answer:

Because of your age, you would need to have parental consent for any cosmetic surgery. The government will not pay for cosmetic surgery. For now, I would suggest a good sports bra and a well-proportioned backpack for your books.
