Soya and Breast Cancer
I am a breast cancer survivor. Almost everything I see in the supermarkets contains soy of some kind or another, such as soy protein, soy lecithin, soy ice creams, soy milk. How much is safe?
Answer:
Soya, like anything else in your diet, should be consumed in moderation and as part of a balanced diet. Several websites I checked recommended a daily intake of no more than 35 to 55 milligrams.
