Implants and Breastfeeding

I was thinking of getting breast implants within the next 2-3 years. But I want to have children, and the reason I came to your site was to see if it is possible to get breast implants that won't get distorted when breast milk begins to flow. Should I wait until after I have children, or will my implants be okay and stay in place if I decide to have a baby after I get them? Also, is it possible to breastfeed with implants?
