Doctors say that a woman's chances of survival are 90-percent if her breast cancer is detected early on. However, the major problem is in getting women to commit to annual breast screenings. Recognizing the bonds that hair stylists form with their clients, more than 30 salon owners in Davidson County have been asked to use their gift of gab to educate their clients on the importance of breast cancer screening.
