The Breast Blog: Breast Cancer Illness Management

The Harvard School of Public Health sends out a regular newsletter that's the soup to nuts in illness management. This story caught my eye this morning.

Overstating Aspirin's Role In Breast Cancer Prevention How Medical Research Was Misinterpreted to Suggest Scientists Know More Than They Do.

I love the headline. My version would read something like this: OOPS!! We're Not As Smart As We Want You To Believe.

For all you millions of breast cancer survivors out there, this story deserves a read. But, be forewarned, the fear of Osteoporosis is yet another 'story' that is fueled by the folks who will make money 'curing' it.

Osteoporosis risk high for breast cancer survivors.

Tricky business this health/illness management. Good luck.

Ah, yes... And what about a mammo machine or some type of detection device that is MUCH less painful? !!!!!
